wir haben lange gewartet, aber nun ist es endlich soweit: Die Energiepauschale in Höhe von 200€ kann beantragt werden.
Die Uni hat am 16. März 2023 eine Rundmail mit allen wichtigen Informationen versandt. Um an eure Zugangsdaten zu gelangen, müsst ihr euch im Organizer anmelden. Links findet ihr daraufhin eine Schaltfläche mit der Bezeichnung „Energiepreispauschale“. Mit einem Klick könnt ihr ein PDF mit euren EPPSG Zugangsdaten herunterladen.
Wie funktioniert die Antragstellung? In 3 Schritten zur Einmalzahlung:
1. Schritt:
Zuerst müsst ihr ein BundID Konto anlegen. Das geht per:
- Online-Ausweisfunktion,
- ELSTER-Zertifikat,
- Europäischer ID ODER
- Registrierung mit privater E-Mailadresse, Benutzernamen und Kennwort.
Bitte beachtet bei letzterem, dass eure Daten mit denen, die ihr bei der Uni hinterlegt habt, übereinstimmen müssen. Außerdem erhaltet ihr bei Variante 4 eine PIN. Diese findet ihr im PDF, welches ihr im Organizer herunterladen könnt (s.o.).
2. Schritt:
Für die Antragstellung muss euch euer persönlicher Zugangscode vorliegen. Ihr findet ihn ebenfalls im PDF, welches ihr im Organizer herunterladen könnt (s.o.).
3. Schritt:
Sobald ihr eure BundID sowie Zugangsdaten habt, könnt ihr beim Bund den Antrag für die Energiepauschale unter einmalzahlung200.de stellen.
Voraussetzungen
Um die Energiepauschale beantragen zu können, musst du zum 1. Dezember 2022 an Folkwang immatrikuliert gewesen sein. Dabei ist egal, ob du dein Studium inzwischen abgeschlossen hast.
Des Weiteren muss dein Wohnsitz oder gewöhnlicher Aufenthalt zum 1. Dezember 2022 in Deutschland gelegen haben.

we have been waiting for a long time, but finally the time has come: The 200€ one-off payment can be applied for.
The university sent out a circular email on March 16, 2023 with all the important information. To get your access data, you have to log in to the Organizer. You will then find a button on the left labeled „Energy Price Allowance„. With one click you can download a PDF with your EPPSG access data.
How does the application process work? In 3 steps to the one-off payment:
Step 1:
First, you will need to create a BundID account. This can be done via:

Step 3:
As soon as you have your BundID and access data, you can apply for the one-off payment at einmalzahlung200.de.
Requirements
In order to apply for the one-off payment, you must have been enrolled at Folkwang on December 1, 2022. It does not matter whether you have completed your studies in the meantime.
Furthermore, your residence or habitual abode must have been in Germany on December 1, 2022.
